SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text messaging (SMS) program and the quote request website operated by Synergy Insurance Agency LLC ("Synergy Insurance," "we," "us"), 28719 Possession Island Ln, Katy, TX, USA. By checking the SMS consent box on our form and submitting it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Program name and description
Program name: Synergy Insurance Customer Care Messages.
Sender: Synergy Insurance Agency LLC.
What you will receive: one-to-one customer care and follow-up text messages related to the insurance quote you requested, for example a message from your assigned agent after a missed call, an offer of a callback time, and answers to your questions about coverage. This is not a bulk or promotional marketing program.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on our quote request form and checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box. Checking the box is optional: you can submit the form without it and you will not receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the phone number you provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text that includes our name, how to get help, how often to expect messages, message and data rate information and how to opt out.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency may vary. You will normally receive messages only when we are following up on your request or when you write to us.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Synergy Insurance does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message. You may also use STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. After you send the message, we will send you one confirmation text and you will receive no further messages from us. You may also ask us to stop by calling (832) 302-1592 or emailing contact@futureflows.co.
If you opt out, you can opt back in at any time by replying START, YES or UNSTOP to a previous message or by submitting our form again.

7. Supported carriers and delivery
The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers and Synergy Insurance are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless provider and to your phone's coverage and settings.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, other than the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf. 9. Changing or losing your phone number
If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from the old number or contact us so that we do not send messages to the new owner of that number.
10. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information on our form and to use the program only for your own lawful purposes. Do not enter another person's phone number without their permission.
11. Website use and insurance information
Information on this website and in our messages is for general information and is not an offer, binder or guarantee of coverage. Coverage, eligibility and pricing depend on underwriting and on the terms of the policy issued by the insurance carrier. Insurance products and services are offered only to residents of states where our agents are licensed.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergy Insurance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or the SMS program. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Changes to the program or these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program, or update these Terms, at any time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. If you keep receiving messages after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. You can always opt out by replying STOP.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules.
